Endpoint not included in your plan
The API key does not carry the capability this endpoint requires, either because the plan does not include it or because the key was created with a narrower scope. When the plan is the reason, the detail opens with “This is not available in your plan. Upgrade now.” and names the plans that include the endpoint; when the key's scope is, the detail says so instead.

Why it happens
- Free and Developer plans calling a Pro dataset such as intraday bars, news, ownership, indicators or the screener.
- Flat files requested below Pro, or bulk exports requested without the Commercial or Scale plan.
- The key was created with a restricted set of capabilities.
How to fix it
- Check which plans include the endpoint on its docs page or on pricing, and upgrade if needed.
- Create a key with the needed scope in the dashboard.
