HTTP 501

Dataset not yet available

The dataset is documented but OHLC returns this instead of an empty result: with status 501 when no source is connected to it at all, which retrying does not change, and with 503 when it has a source but nothing published for the requested markets yet.

Why it happens

Calling a dataset marked "Not yet available", currently ESG ratings (501).
A dataset whose source has not yet published anything for your markets, or whose source was switched off while the request was being delivered (503).

How to fix it

Check implementation_status (planned answers 501) and availability (unavailable answers 503) in `GET /v1/datasets` before calling.
Use a related available dataset where one exists.
