Delivery refused
OHLC's database delivery boundary, which rechecks entitlements as rows are read, refused the request.

Why it happens
- The key's entitlements did not cover the rows at read time, for example after a change mid-request.
How to fix it
- Retry once.
- If it repeats, email [email protected] with the
X-Request-ID.
