Invalid exchanges list
The exchanges parameter has a malformed or repeated MIC, or too many of them. A well-formed MIC that OHLC does not serve returns 404 exchange-not-found on every endpoint.

Why it happens
- A code that is not four uppercase letters or digits (or
CRYPTO). - More than 100 MICs.
- The same MIC listed twice.
How to fix it
- Use MICs from `GET /v1/exchanges`, comma-separated, for example
exchanges=XNAS,XNYS.
