Invalid instrument IDs
The instrument_ids list is empty, too long, or contains a malformed ID.

Why it happens
- More IDs than the batch limit of 100.
- An ID with characters other than letters, digits, underscores, periods, colons or hyphens.
- The same ID listed twice.
How to fix it
- Send 1 to 100 IDs exactly as returned by `/v1/instruments`.
