Why it happens

• An as_of from before the dataset's knowledge history, which for prices and corporate actions starts when OHLC began recording them in late September 2026; the response names the earliest available as_of, and /v1/datasets lists it as earliest_as_of.
• A screener as_of before the oldest snapshot kept finished publishing, about one to two days back; the response names the earliest available as_of.
• as_of on /v1/datasets, or on coverage of a core dataset, which describe only the current state.

How to fix it

• Use an as_of at or after the earliest one named in the response.
• Omit as_of for the current catalog or coverage.
